Crusoe is seeking a Painter to apply industrial paint finishes to metals or manufactured products. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of general work experience.

This full-time position involves day and night shifts and safety responsibilities including respirator evaluations. You will perform painting operations, preparation, and finishing steps while ensuring quality through controlled drying and inspection.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of general work experience.
• Safety & physical requirements: safety-sensitive role; respirator evaluation required.
• Must be detail oriented and team oriented; willing to take on extra roles.

Responsibilities

• Paint operations: operate spray painter or other equipment to apply industrial finishes on metals or manufactured products.
• Paint preparation: mix paints and other solutions.
• Finishing processes: bake, polish, or use other finishing materials.
• Quality control: monitor drying to ensure desired results.
