Crisp seeks an Industrial Painter to expertly prepare, coat, and finish fabricated components, trailers, and event assets. You’ll blend painting with hands-on shop duties in a dynamic Customs team, shifting between indoor shop work and outdoor sites.

Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, prideful in craftsmanship, and ready to support fabrication, repairs, and maintenance while meeting tight deadlines for event-ready inventory.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented painter with craftsmanship focus.
• Comfortable handling multiple shop tasks beyond painting.
• Willingness to work indoors in shop and outdoors on job sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces (metal, wood, fiberglass) and prime/finish coatings.
• Build, repair, and fabricate pieces; use carpentry tools.
• Maintain paint booth and spray equipment; track inventory.
