The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in industrial painting or parts washing, plus forklift or crane familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial painting, powder coating, or parts washing preferred.
• Experience painting industrial machinery or large equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate parts washing equipment to clean components.
• Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and related methods.
• Mix and apply primers, paints, and protective coatings according to specifications.
• Operate spray painting equipment and related finishing tools.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality, coverage, and finish.
• Maintain a clean work area and comply with safety policies.
