The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience spraying industrial coatings and can operate spray guns and related tools in enclosed booths. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to material-handling safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience spraying industrial coatings.
• Familiarity with industrial painting equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in large enclosed paint booths (25’ and 40’).
• Knowledge of hazardous material handling
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Apply industrial coatings to large-scale metal equipment.
• Operate spray guns and other painting tools in enclosed paint booth environments.
• Perform surface preparation, including sanding, masking, and cleaning.
• Ensure consistent quality and thickness of coatings.
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling of painting materials and chemicals.
