Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial Painters / Blasters for projects in or around Saint Cloud, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial painting experience preferred.
• Experience using spray equipment and applying industrial coatings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high safety standards.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Apply industrial coatings according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Mix and prepare paint materials for application.
• Hang, prep, and position parts prior to painting.
• Operate, maintain, and clean spray painting equipment.
• Assist with paint booth maintenance and general shop upkeep.
• Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and parts.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Job Scope:

• Apply industrial coatings according to manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Mix and prepare paint materials for application
• Hang, prep, and position parts prior to painting
• Perform caulking and install rivet nuts as needed during production
• Operate, maintain, and clean spray painting equipment
• Assist with paint booth maintenance and general shop upkeep
• Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and parts
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements:
