Tradesmen International is hiring experienced Painters for projects in the Stoughton, WI area on the first shift, with pay up to $35/hour based on experience. Work alongside craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and quality workmanship.

Join the facilities team across five Wisconsin sites, using airless sprayers to paint interior walls, equipment, and lines. Travel between facilities and work independently or in small crews in a safety-focused environment.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Painters for projects located in or around Stoughton, WI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Painter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Work alongside the facilities team to complete painting projects throughout five Wisconsin facilities
• Use an airless sprayer to paint interior walls
• Apply acrylic paint and dryfall paint as required
• Paint safety and forklift lines on floors
• Paint parking lot lines outdoors
• Paint manufacturing equipment, offices, dumpsters, and other facility assets
• Travel between facilities based on production schedules
• Work independently or as part of a small crew

Requirements:

• Must have experience using airless sprayers
• Must be comfortable traveling between multiple facilities
• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
• Must be able to work from scissor lifts and ladders as required
• Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and spirometry test prior to performing spray painting
• Must be flexible and able to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
