Job summary

Senneca in Mankato, MN is seeking an experienced Painter for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:30pm–2:30am) with occasional overtime on Friday. You will handle painting from prep to finish, supporting production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOP, quality, and safety practices.
• 1 year of industrial or auto body painting preferred.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Review and comprehend project specifications.
• Inspect prep and manage loading/unloading paint and supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met.
• Keep track of paint and supply inventories, and alert the Lead when replenishment is needed.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the painting process.
