Job summary

Senneca Holdings in Mankato, MN is seeking an experienced Painter for our weekend shift (Fri–Sun, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.) with mandatory overtime during the traditional work week on either 1st or 2nd shift.

You will learn our paint process from prep to final finish to meet production timelines, working closely with Area Leads and the Production Supervisor. The role emphasizes following SOPs, safety practices, and quality checks, with respirator requirements and proper hazardous material handling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in industrial or auto body painting
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds frequently
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to execute SOP, quality, and safety practices
• Respirator fit testing clearance required
• Proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow demonstrated paint processes to meet throughput goals.
• Learn product and inspect while ensuring questions are resolved before next steps.
• Review project specifications from start to finish.
• Inspect prep, load, and unload paint and supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances.
• Monitor paint and supplies inventories and notify Lead for replenishment.

We are searching for an experienced Painter at our Mankato, MN facility.

We are looking for an experienced Top-Coat Painter on our Weekend Shift. Core Schedule is Friday - Saturday - Sunday: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 pm. with some mandatory overtime during the traditional work week on either 1st or 2nd Shift.

Working in this role, you will learn our process from beginning to end in order to complete paint application from paint preparationto final finish stages to meet production timelines. You will work closelywith Area Leads and Production Supervisor to ensure department standards andschedules are met.

Summaryof Duties:

• Follow directions to demonstrated paint processes so that through-put is met.
• Learn product and inspect while working to identify any questions before next steps are completed.
• Review and understand project specifications, from beginning to end of process.
• Inspect for final prep, load, and unload paint and paint supplies, ensuring color and finish tolerances are met.
• Monitor paint and supply inventories and notify Lead of replenishment needs.
• Perform quality assurance checks throughout the processes.
