Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our 2nd shift team in Avon Lake, Ohio. You will paint aerospace components with a focus on precision, safety, and quality, loading and unloading parts, and preparing surfaces for painting according to specifications.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior painting experience in industrial settings, and fluency in English. We offer a stable full-time position on the 2:00 pm–10:30 pm shift with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior industrial or automotive painting experience.
  • Demonstrates inspection competence.
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately paint/ fabricate parts.
  • Load and unload items from paint booths/drying racks etc.
  • Clean and prepare parts in preparation for paint or after paint.
  • Mask parts for painting according to blue prints, travelers or other instructions.
  • Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
  • Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
  • Start machines or equipment to begin any paint or related processes.
  • Safely, accurately and efficiently operate equipment or instruments used in the paint process, or assist other operators.
  • Clean work area and all equipment used in the process of painting parts.
  • Adhere to all procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an Industrial Painter to join our growing team on 2nd Shift. As an Industrial Painter, you will paint parts in a rapid, precise, and safe manner primarily for the aerospace and aviation industry.

2nd shift position: 5 day work week, 8 hour shifts, 2:00pm-10:30pm.
