Job Description

Industrial Painter
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Industrial Painter for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a growing local company in a great environment.

Pay Rate
$15.00 to $22.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Industrial Painter Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and painting industrial surfaces, including machinery, equipment, and buildings.
• Surface preparation, paint application, and quality finishing to prevent damage.
• Removing dirt, rust, and old paint.
• Smoothing surfaces for better paint adhesion.
• Protecting areas that should not be painted.

Industrial Painter Qualifications and Requirements

• High School education or equivalent.
• Strong work ethics and the ability to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail, carefully inspecting surfaces and ensuring even paint application.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Meeting project deadlines and minimizing downtime.
