You will develop 2D/3D CAD layouts, support engineers, create and maintain engineering drawings, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years CAD design experience (academic, internship, co-op, or professional).
• Proficiency with 2D and 3D CAD software.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and senior designers with the design and integration of packaging systems.
• Conduct field information gathering and site verification.
• Develop and update 2D and 3D CAD layouts for packaging systems and equipment integration projects.
• Support the design of packaging system components based on project requirements and equipment specifications.
• Create and maintain engineering drawing packages and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including process, mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers.
• Participate in client meetings and assist with project coordination efforts.
• Travel to client sites approximately 10-20% annually.
