Job summary

Foth is seeking a Lead Packaging Designer to provide technical leadership and support the design and integration of packaging systems for industrial clients, primarily in the food and beverage sector. The role offers remote work flexibility anywhere in the United States, with a preference for candidates who can work from the Green Bay, WI office.

You will develop 2D/3D CAD layouts, coordinate drawings with clients, mentor teammates, and oversee design efforts across projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Mechanical Design or equivalent required.
• Minimum 7 years of CAD design experience in industrial packaging systems.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support design and integration of packaging systems for industrial clients.
• Develop and update 2D and 3D CAD layouts for packaging equipment.
• Create and maintain drawing packages and documentation.
• Coordinate drawings with clients and supervise design efforts.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance.
• Assist with equipment installations, startup, and field troubleshooting.
• Travel ~10–20% to client sites annually.
