Zusammenfassung

Kanawha Scales & Systems is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for our Charlotte, NC team. You will grow sales, build customer relationships, and promote our industrial weighing solutions.

Responsibilities include expanding the pipeline, presenting proposals, coordinating with engineering and service, and maintaining the CRM. Travel is required.

We offer a base salary plus commission, a robust benefits package, and a company car or car allowance to support sales activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years outside sales experience in industrial equipment sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in the assigned territory.
• Follow up qualified leads and contacts to drive sales.
• Organize and drive sales activities to meet or exceed budget.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Maintain CRM records for all territory customers.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients and demonstrate products.
