Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an OT Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure OT network infrastructure at our Greensburg, IN facility, with collaboration across plants. You will work with IT, Automation, and Information Security to ensure 99.5% uptime and robust industrial connectivity for SCADA systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of network administration experience, including 2+ years supporting industrial or OT networks.
• Hands-on experience with industrial Ethernet, routing, switching, and network security appliances.
• Working knowledge of ICs/SCADA protocols (OPC, Modbus, PROFINET, CIP, DNP3).
• CCNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain OT network infrastructure to achieve 99.5%+ uptime.
• Monitor OT network performance and resolve incidents within SLA targets.
• Implement and maintain network automation (VLANs, backups, patching) for 95%+ patch compliance.
• Partner with Automation Engineers to support ICs and SCADA connectivity.
• Collaborate with IT and Information Security for secure OT/IT integration.
• Execute network changes with 95%+ success rate without disruption.
• Identify and implement network optimization opportunities.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives with process and automation teams.
