The role emphasizes cybersecurity activities, production ICs environment support, and collaboration with site operations and process control teams to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an information technology discipline.
• Experience supporting industrial control systems or control systems infrastructure in an operational environment.
• Experience planning and managing hardware refresh activities and capital project network deployments.
• Experience resolving service delivery issues and improving reliability, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of IT services.
• Experience coordinating resources and suppliers to complete projects and work requests.

Responsibilities

• Support OT infrastructure under the refinery's control systems and process operations.
• Maintain virtual and physical servers and workstations; manage network routers and switches.
• Oversee Windows domain administration and cybersecurity activities in an ICS environment.
• Collaborate with site operations and process control teams to improve reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.
