Qualifications

Vacancy Overview

This opportunity supports critical manufacturing process operations through a blend of business systems analysis, IT systems administration, and industrial control systems support. The role focuses on virtual and physical servers, Windows domain administration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity activities, and operational support within a production ICs environment. This position offers the chance to work closely with site operations and process control teams while contributing to reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will support the Operational Technology - OT environment that exists beneath the typical corporate IT layer. Specifically, this person will be responsible for infrastructure supporting the refinery's control systems, process operations, and industrial automation environment.

Required Experience

• 3 or more years of experience in an applicable information technology discipline
• Experience supporting industrial control systems or control systems infrastructure in an operational environment
• Experience planning and managing hardware refresh activities and capital project network deployments
• Experience resolving service delivery issues and improving reliability, efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of IT services
• Experience coordinating resources and suppliers to complete projects and work requests

Required Certifications
