Georgia-Pacific is seeking an OT Architect to shape secure, scalable technology solutions for manufacturing environments. You will connect process control, engineering, cybersecurity, and IT teams to define architecture direction and improve the reliability and security of OT across the enterprise.
The role partners with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and site technology teams to align OT solutions with business outcomes and enterprise strategies, while guiding design and implementation of
Qualifications
- Experience deploying or administering industrial control technologies in manufacturing environments.
- Experience designing or supporting industrial networks and firewalls using segmentation models.
- Proven ability to lead cross-organizational architecture initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IT/OT architecture standards and patterns.
- Lead cross-organizational architecture efforts across manufacturing and cybersecurity teams.
- Guide design and implementation of OT solutions (DCS, PLC, HMI, industrial networking).
- Assess emerging technologies for gaps, risks, and value creation.
- Translate regulatory and security requirements into architecture decisions and standards.
- Advise on reliability, availability, recovery, and secure configurations.
- Promote adoption of approved patterns across teams.
- Apply automation and IaC to improve repeatability and governance.
