Job summary

Accenture Security seeks an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support hands-on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and implement security solutions for OT/ICS, working with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You will contribute as a SME on active pursuits, help win new OT security work, and develop detailed security reports, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for client maturity goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OT/ICS environments experience.
• 3+ years hands-on in IC technologies (SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs).
• 3+ years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management, IAM in OT, monitoring/IR.
• 3+ years experience with IC/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• 3+ years producing and presenting security deliverables, assessment reports to technical/executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years work experience; if Associate’s then 6+ years.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and implement security solutions in OT/ICS contexts.
• Collaborate with client engineers, operators and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.
• Develop security assessment reports and remediation roadmaps.
• Contribute to RFP responses, solution reviews, and proposal content.
• Support OT security program development including governance, policies, procedures.
