Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead and support hands‑on security engagements across industrial environments. You will assess, design, and help implement security solutions across OT/ICS ecosystems—working directly with client engineers, operators, and security teams to reduce risk without disrupting operations.

You are equally comfortable in a substation, a control room, and a boardroom.

Qualifications

• 5+ years OT/ICS experience across critical infrastructure sectors.
• 3+ years with IC technologies: SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• 3+ years cybersecurity including vulnerability management and monitoring.
• 3+ years with IC/OT protocols: Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC.
• Experience producing and presenting security deliverables and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degrees welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT/ICS security assessments and design risk‑based mitigations.
• Deploy and tune OT security tooling (Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi).
• Develop detailed assessment reports, risk registers, and roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development with governance and policies.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams and vendors to achieve secure outcomes.
• Contribute to RFP responses, solution reviews, and reusable assets.
