Ferguson is seeking an Industrial Operations Manager to lead reliable execution across a defined scope. This remote role supports the Industrial East Region, ideally in EST.

The position emphasizes performance management, process discipline, and developing leadership to progress into higher ownership roles. The role focuses on strategy execution, frontline performance, and cross-functional collaboration, with responsibilities spanning forecasting, budgeting, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3+ years management experience coupled with handling inventory/operational tasks.
• Trilogie experience is required.
• Ability to adapt and change processes to keep pace with evolving business requirements.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills to optimally respond to urgent situations.
• Must be process oriented with good judgment and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to lead a team.
• Strong technical skills included but not limited to Microsoft O365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the strategic development and execution of the industrial business strategy to produce profitable growth and strong cash flow.
• Contributes to sales forecasting, financial budgeting and expenditure management to achieve company objectives.
• Supports the development of strong sales and management teams, implementing recruitment, training and mentoring programs.
• Identifies opportunities for new markets or business segments, or to enhance profit margins and accelerate top-line growth.
• Performs analysis of market trends and data to assist in sales and promotions.
• Adheres to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment policies and requirements.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Other duties as assigned – Branch or Central Ops Support including invoicing, billing, ISO, HSE, admin support, etc.
