RESA Power in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run the assigned facility, focusing on profitability, efficiencies, and growth through mentoring the workforce and implementing best business practices.

You will hire and train direct reports, schedule shifts, review quotes, maintain customer relationships, ensure safety practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NETA, NEC, OSHA and NFPA.
• Thorough understanding of heavy industrial, utility, large commercial, renewable energy and ability to troubleshoot complex business issues.
• Must be able to work safely and adhere to all electrical safety procedures.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication (written and oral).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned location.
• Hire and train direct reports; conduct interviews and reviews.
• Schedule local team and coordinate schedules with other managers.
• Apply industry knowledge to offer technical options to internal and external customers; prepare and review quotes.
• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships with internal customers, external customers, and vendors.
