Job summary

Cérélia North America in Liberty, South Carolina is hiring Industrial Mixers to operate high-speed mixing equipment and prepare batters and doughs according to strict recipes and production standards.

You will scale and verify ingredients, monitor mix times and temperatures, document batch data, maintain a clean, safe workstation, and collaborate with supervisors and maintenance staff to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industrial mixing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; bilingual preferred.
• Moderate mathematical ability and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment before use to ensure it is operational and free of damage.
• Document observations on startup/shutdown checklists using a tablet or app.
• Adjust processing equipment to maintain dough consistency and meet quality standards.
• Document and communicate deviations to the supervisor.
• Report accidents or maintenance issues promptly.
• Operate high-speed processing and packaging equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout production.
• Perform changeovers and end-of-run cleaning as required.
• Sanitize machines between production runs.
• Use SAP-based barcode scanners (training provided).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
