Job summary

You will scale ingredients, monitor times and temperatures, document batch data, and ensure quality across every batch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of industrial mixing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish bilingual preferred).
• Intermediate math skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Inspect equipment before mixing to ensure operability and absence of damage.
• Document observations on start-up/shutdown checklists via mobile device.
• Adjust processing equipment to maintain dough consistency and quality standards.
• Record deviations and report to the production supervisor.
• Report accidents or maintenance issues promptly.
• Operate high-speed processing and packaging equipment following procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area throughout production.
• Perform changeovers and end-of-run cleaning and disassembly/reassembly.
