Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Forklift certification or experience required.
• Ability to read and understand production instructions and safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial mixers used in silicone product manufacturing.
• Utilize automated delivery systems to transfer fluids and raw materials.
• Monitor critical process parameters: product temperature, machine PSI, vacuum pressure.
• Safely handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety procedures.
• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and assist with inventory as needed.
