Job summary

D7 Pneumatics LLC is seeking a skilled Millwright with welding capabilities to join our maintenance division for fall shutdowns. The role covers maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial machinery across steel mills, with a strong emphasis on welding and safety.

You will develop preventative maintenance schedules, assist with installation and commissioning, and collaborate with engineers and management to address mechanical issues in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Previous industrial maintenance experience, preferably in steel mills, sawmills, and power plants.
• Strong welding experience (MIG, TIG, Stick) with diverse materials.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repairs: Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, conveyors, crushers, pumps, motors, gearboxes across industrial sites.
• Welding & Fabrication: Perform MIG/TIG/Stick welding for repairs and fabrication; conduct welding inspections.
