A maintenance solutions company in Arkansas is seeking skilled Millwrights with expertise in welding and industrial machinery maintenance. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and install various machinery in coal mining operations, sawmills, and automotive plants. Ideal candidates must have strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and the ability to work in challenging environments. The role emphasizes safety and compliance while ensuring efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Own personal tools to complete jobs at hand.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in coal mining, sawmill, and/or automotive plant environments.
• Strong welding experience with the ability to work with a variety of materials.
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy parts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment in various operations.
• Perform welding and conduct inspections for quality and safety.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure work areas are clean.
