Westlake seeks an experienced Millwright/Rotating Equipment Technician to support preventative maintenance, overhauls, and repairs of pumps and compressors in our process units. You will write and revise standard job plans, assist in planning PMs, and ensure accurate equipment history in CMMS.

Strong safety focus and teamwork are essential for this role. With at least five years in industrial maintenance and formal millwright training, you will contribute to continuous improvement and training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus formal millwright training; certification required.
• Minimum of five years in industrial/chemical plant maintenance with rotating equipment experience.
• Good verbal and written communications; CMMS and basic software proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance, overhauls, and repairs on rotating equipment.
• Provide quality repairs for centrifugal and reciprocating pumps, compressors, and related machinery.
• Maintain and revise equipment documentation and repair history in CMMS.
• Assist in planning, scheduling PMs and repairs; participate in training of staff.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance; use PPE and follow SOPs.
