Westlake is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician - Millwright to support the maintenance of rotating equipment including pumps and compressors in our chemical plant operations.

You will write and follow standard job plans, perform precise alignment, and ensure accurate maintenance records. The role requires a formal millwright background with 8+ years in industrial settings, strong communication, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in industrial/chemical plant millwright work.
• Experience with pumps, compressors and rotating equipment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools and alignment methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative, overhaul, repair and maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Develop and revise Standard Job Plans and Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Maintain CMMS BOMs and spare parts for rotating equipment.
• Assist in planning and scheduling PMs and repairs.
• Train company and contractor technicians.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies.
