Job summary

Malteurop is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Millwright) to join our plant team under the Plant Maintenance Manager. You will perform maintenance on grain handling equipment, fans, pumps, conveyors, and facility assets to maximize production flow while adhering to safety and operating practices.

Responsibilities include scheduled and reactive maintenance, preventive and predictive tasks, and using CMMS for daily work orders.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED; Vocational Trade School trained Millwright (Preferred)
• 18 Months experience in an industrial setting or other Maintenance related activity
• Medically fit to able to use a NIOSH approved Respirator
• Pass physical ability exam with no restrictions for lifting or carrying up to one hundred pounds
• Ability to work some weekends, holidays & overtime
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on production equipment (grain material handling equipment, large fans and pumps, conveyors etc.)
• Perform scheduled preventive & predictive maintenance on production equipment and facility assets
• Comply with OSHA requirements and follow all safety procedures
• Perform facility maintenance needs on shiftwork and weekends
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Use CMMS devices for daily task management.
