Austin Industrial, a premier maintenance contractor, seeks a skilled Millwright Mechanic to maintain and repair industrial machinery across heavy systems. You will inspect, align, and repair boilers, pumps, and conveyors, using precision tools and CMMS records to ensure reliability and uptime.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and strong aptitude for mechanical troubleshooting. Overtime, weekends, and on-call work may be required, with benefits and ESOP participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school training preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, and rotating equipment.
• Read blueprints and schematics; diagnose mechanical failures with tools.
• Follow safety procedures including LOTO and confined-space rules.
