Interfor is seeking skilled, reliable and safety focused team players to join our team as an Industrial Millwright in Molalla, Oregon.

Starting rate for this position is $39.59-$43.60 per hour based on skill level and experience, with a $5,000 Singing Bonus to be paid out over the first year of employment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience (unless coming in as a Trainee).
• Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic concepts.
• Ability to read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
• Team player and able to work with people in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and HR standards.
• Read, write, and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
• Cut, weld, and fabricate steel.
• Assess repairs and estimate time frames to complete repairs.
• Repair machinery in a timely manner.
• Identify mechanical and hydraulic problems and assist in finding solutions.
• Communicate with operators about equipment performance and issues.
• Communicate with Planning and Scheduling Departments.
• Lock-out/tag-out safety compliance before repairs.
• Plan and manage work with minimal supervision.
• Submit work requests and complete work orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Clean up after each job.
