Job summary

Hadrian seeks an experienced MEP Construction Field Engineer to serve as the site subject matter expert for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on industrial utility projects. You will support rehabilitation and modernization of existing infrastructure and installation of new systems for advanced manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with the project team, design professionals, general contractors, and equipment vendors to maintain schedule, quality, and safety while driving

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of MEP construction experience, with a focus on industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Strong understanding of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical one-lines, P&IDs, mechanical plans, and control diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of the construction schedule with the Superintendent.
• Track milestones, installation dates, and commissioning progress.
• Review RFIs and submittals for technical completeness and schedule impact.
• Coordinate multiple MEP trades in congested industrial environments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and turnover documentation meet project requirements.
