Job summary

Philip Morris International is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Aurora, CO facility. You will lead the shift crew, ensure safety, housekeeping, and asset care, and drive continuous improvement using OPEN+ tools.

The role focuses on coaching, data-driven decision making, and coordinating across shifts to meet production plans. A Technical School or engineering degree and 3–5 years of operations leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in operations with production floor crew management.
• Effective coaching and communication skills.
• High level of accountability for results.
• Ability to work with data and solve problems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a role model for the shift crew and ensure safety, housekeeping, and asset care.
• Maintain assets and keep machinery in good condition; escalate issues.
• Contribute to Value Stream activities to meet volume goals and reduce waste.
• Identify inefficiencies, measure them, and drive corrective actions using OPEN+ tools.
• Coach the crew toward productivity, safety, and quality with timely corrective actions.
• Organize and supervise direct and indirect reports as defined by the line structure.
• Propose and implement organizational and headcount strategies with hiring and development plans.
