ITAC seeks an Industrial Mechanical Superintendent in Lexington, VA to oversee and coordinate mechanical projects, manage direct-hire and subcontracted labor, and enforce safety protocols on site while driving execution plans and cost/schedule control. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Superintendent is required.
• 7 years preferred.
• Overall experience of 12 years minimum as a Foreman or Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical projects from start to finish.
• Manage day-to-day activities of direct-hire and subcontracted labor.
• Ensure efficient usage of manpower, material, and equipment.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols on site.
• Coordinate with the project team to develop detailed execution plans.
• Monitor project progress and anticipate potential cost or schedule impacts.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop close-out and turnover plans.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients.
