Job summary

MOR PPM Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Multi-Craft worker to join our on-site team in Aiken, SC. The role covers installation, testing, and maintenance of industrial equipment across heavy industries.

The ideal candidate has an associates degree or an apprenticeship with 3+ years in industrial maintenance, or 5+ years of equivalent experience. Proficiency with CMMS, PLCs, hydraulics/pneumatics, and safety protocols is expected.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Electronics, General Technology, Robotics or related field and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• OR
• Completion of an apprenticeship program and at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• OR
• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering team to install, test, and release equipment
• Knowledge of recording activities in a CMMS
• Maintain equipment for industrial production, industrial processing, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors
• Familiar with automation and distributed control system architectures within manufacturing and processing systems
• Read and use blueprints, schematics, manuals, technical drawings, work orders, test results, machine error messages
• Inspect parts for damage/wear
• Test and observe running machinery
• Use hoists and lifts, grinders, hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, testing equipment, etc.
