Job summary

Magna Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting seeks a Maintenance Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, and maintain production and facility equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with a focus on safety and uptime.

As part of a fast-paced industrial environment, you will perform PM/CMMS activities, document work, and collaborate with production teams to meet plant goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; apprenticeship preferred.
• Completion of recognized Millwright/Industrial Mechanic program is advantageous.
• Trade certificate or associate degree in a related trade is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Conduct predictive maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Coordinate with production and engineering for outages and upgrades.
• Maintain CMMS records with parts, time, and conditions.
• Support safety rules and continuous improvement initiatives.
