Job summary

Integrated Power Services, LLC. is seeking a skilled Mechanic in Texas to join our team. You will repair industrial AC/DC motors, generators, gearboxes, and related equipment, applying analytical and problem-solving skills while upholding safety standards.

You will diagnose units, perform mechanical rebuilds, measure data, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to develop technical expertise within a growing North American service

Qualifications

1–5 years AC/DC motor experience preferred.
Able to perform basic math functions.
Capable of diagnosing and repairing industrial electric motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
Able to understand and retain job-related safety procedures.
Excellent technical and mechanical skills.
Self-starter and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

Diagnose incoming units, disassemble, repair, assemble, and prepare items for shipment.
Perform mechanical rebuilds on rotating equipment such as electric motors, pumps, and fans.
Measure and record data using tables, dial indicators, micrometers, and vibration meters.
Use multimeters, meggers, and Baker instruments to measure winding resistance and related metrics.
Participate in daily operations discussions on customer products.
