Job summary

Integrated Power Services is seeking an Electric Motor Mechanic to repair industrial AC/DC motors, gearboxes, and related equipment. You will diagnose, disassemble, repair, and reassemble units, ensuring quality and on-time delivery for customers.

The role requires substantial hands-on experience, strong measurement skills, and a commitment to safety. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an electric motor repair shop servicing large AC/DC/synchronous motors.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Strong capability to diagnose and repair industrial motors, fans, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment.
• Follow training and safety procedures; maintain high technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose incoming units, disassemble, repair, reassemble, and prepare for shipment.
• Perform mechanical rebuilds on rotating equipment like motors, pumps, and fans.
• Measure and record data with dial indicators, micrometers, and vibration meters.
• Participate in daily operations discussions on customer products.
