Job summary

The Mosaic Company in Saskatchewan is seeking a Lubrication Technician to perform lubrication execution, lubricant management, and condition monitoring on processing equipment. You will apply lubricants, manage stock, and help prevent wear to boost uptime.

You will follow PM schedules, support PdM initiatives, maintain cleanliness and safety, document findings in CMMS or spreadsheets, and communicate issues with maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of lubrication fundamentals.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read lubrication charts and OEM manuals.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lubrication execution across machinery per schedules.
• Lubricant management and stock control.
• Conduct routine condition checks during lubrication rounds.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Maintain equipment care and cleanliness; reduce contamination.
