VCNA Prairie, part of Votorantim Cimentos North America, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for our Michigan facility. The role involves diagnosing defects in heavy equipment, repairing and maintaining mixer trucks, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience with heavy equipment and trucks.
• CDL-A or CDL-B with Airbrake endorsement required.
• Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, braking, driveline, steering and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and inspect equipment to diagnose defects.
• Dismantle and reassemble trucks and equipment for access to problems.
• Repair, replace, clean and lubricate parts as needed.
• Diagnose electrical and hydraulic issues and test repaired equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and record keeping.
