Job summary

Midwest Concrete Materials is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on our fleet vehicles and equipment. You will help ensure safety, reliability, and uptime while supporting maintenance operations.

Candidates should have experience with oil changes and lubrication, familiarity with heavy trucks and construction equipment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision; CDL with company assistance is a

• Experience with oil changes and lubrication preferred.
• Experience with heavy trucks and construction equipment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles and equipment.
• Inspect vehicles for issues and communicate findings to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain maintenance records and service documents.
• Coordinate with drivers to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow procedures.
