Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a fleet mechanic for a prestigious client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, performing mechanical repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance on heavy equipment and fleet vehicles.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of related experience or a mechanics school background, with reading of technical manuals and schematics. A valid drivers license is required; CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience related to duties or mechanics school graduate.
• Ability to read technical manuals and understand schematics.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform mechanical repair and maintenance on fleet equipment.
• Identify faults using diagnostic equipment and determine required repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance such as lubrication and oil changes.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, brakes, and steering problems.
