Paycom - ATS in Houston seeks a Mechanic Technician to perform corrective and preventive maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automated, and refrigeration systems (Chillers). You will diagnose failures, align and repair equipment, and ensure safe operation.

The role requires reading diagrams, using precision tools, and complying with safety standards. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in industrial mechanics, a technical degree, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of industrial mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical education or related degree in mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP is preferred.
• Familiarity with FSSC 22000:2005 and ISO 9001 standards.

Mansioni

• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures such as noise, vibration, leaks, or wear.
• Align shafts, rollers, and rotating equipment; inspect and repair bearings, seals and couplings.
• Perform preventive maintenance and lubrication of moving parts per specs.
• Read pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams according to ISO/DIN standards.
• Install and calibrate sensors, valves, regulators, and flow meters.
• Ensure safety with OSHA standards and proper PPE; apply LOTO procedures.
