Eagle Equipment Service 1, CORP. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with a strong mechanical and technical background to join our team in Kissimmee, FL.

The ideal candidate will work on industrial electrical systems, hydraulic systems, welding, and diesel or industrial machines, performing service calls, diagnostics, and repairs. This full-time position requires independence, excellent customer service, and on-call duties every other week.

Job Overview

Eagle Equipment Service 1, CORP. is looking for a skilled Field Service Technician with a strong mechanical and technical background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial electrical systems, hydraulic systems, welding, and diesel or industrial machines. This full-time position requires working independently, providing excellent customer service, and handling on-call duties every other week.

Schedule and Shift

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), with occasional overtime as required based on business needs. On-call required every other week.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Comprehend and work with industrial electrical systems (240V/480V motor sets – 1/3 phase) and 120V control wiring.
• Utilize strong mechanical and technical skills with a mechanic's background.
• Understand and work with hydraulic systems consisting of hydraulic fluid tanks, cylinders, hoses, relief & directional valves (seal & replace cylinders) up to 3000psi or less.
• Perform MIG & stick welding and light fabrication as needed.
• Read and comprehend schematics.
• Work with PLCs.
• Handle and repair diesel or industrial machines.
• Maintain a good driving record and qualify for a DOT license (Class A or CDL not required).
• Be willing to work overtime as needed (40-50 hours a week).
• Be on-call every other week.
• Pay attention to detail and provide strong customer service.
• Work independently with little supervision and as part of a team.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor elements.
