What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose and repair diesel and hydraulic equipment on‑site.
• Plan service schedules with the Service Supervisor based on customer needs.
• Perform inspections, installations, and operator training during machine delivery.
• Maintain accurate service records for billing and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex issues.
• Train and supervise junior mechanics on large‑scale jobs.
• Represent the company professionally with a clean appearance and well‑maintained service truck.

What You Bring:

• Vocational training or formal education in hydraulics and diesel engine repair.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience (schooling may substitute).
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and climb.
