Job summary

Menard, Inc Career Center seeks a maintenance technician to service and repair industrial equipment at a distribution center, working with material handling systems, conveyors, robotics, and automated guided vehicles.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, install new equipment, weld and fabricate parts, and care for buildings and grounds in a night-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regular preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components.
• Install new equipment.
• Welding and metal fabrication for repairs.
• Maintain buildings and grounds at the Distribution Center.
• Shift hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure regular preventative Maintenance is performed on all equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair of equipment
• Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair
• Installation of new equipment
• Welding and metal fabrication of parts in need of repair
• Repairs and maintenance to buildings and grounds for the Distribution Center

Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
