Job summary

CR&R Incorporated is seeking an Industrial Mechanic for our Anaerobic Digester Operations in Perris, CA. The role involves hands-on maintenance of pumps, motors, conveyors, and process equipment within a regulated digester facility to ensure safe, efficient operations and environmental compliance.

You will perform preventive maintenance, support equipment startups and shutdowns, read basic instrumentation, and follow LOTO safety procedures.

Industrial Mechanic - Anaerobic Digester Operations

Hourly Range: $27.37 - $34.21 per hour

New employees start at $27.37 per hour for the first 150 working days. Upon successful completion of the introductory period, employees advance to $34.21 per hour.

This role supports complex industrial processing operations including a world-class Anaerobic Digestion facility through hands-on maintenance of fixed mechanical and process-support systems. As an Industrial Mechanic, you will work within anaerobic digester facilities to keep critical equipment operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance. This is skilled, technical work in a regulated plant environment supporting renewable energy and advanced recycling.
