M&M Recycling in Locust Grove, Georgia is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to keep equipment operational and minimize downtime. You will be responsible for repairing cranes, forklifts, shredders, and other machinery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems, and be able to work independently. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage with guaranteed overtime and benefits.

What You'll Do

• Repair and maintain cranes, excavators, forklifts, shredders, other industrial equipment, and trucks
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Handle preventive maintenance and inspections

What We're Looking For

• Someone who likes to know how things work
• You like to take initiative, ask why and figure out the true issue

• 2+ years industrial mechanic experience
• Welding/fabrication preferred
