Job summary

CR&R Incorporated in Perris, California, is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to support maintenance and repair of equipment for trash collection, recycling, and material movement. Focus areas include excavators, grizzlies, backhoes, loaders, pavers, and related heavy machinery.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, perform preventative maintenance and inspections, and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, engine, and mechanical systems. Document all work performed.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of heavy equipment mechanic experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Industrial or waste environment experience preferred.

Schedule: Monday - Friday and every other Saturday - Start 5:00 a.m. 9 to 10 hr. shifts

Heavy Equipment Mechanic – Solid Waste Operations
