LJ Inc. is seeking a dependable Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team in a hands-on role supporting the Paint and Machine Shop. You will handle materials, assist with assembly and painting, and help keep projects moving efficiently in a busy industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required and proven safety record.
• Ability to move large materials and components with precision.
• Experience in industrial assembly, painting, fabrication, or machine shop work is a plus.
• Able to lift and maneuver heavy items and operate basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and position materials and equipment.
• Move and stage materials within the facility across shop areas.
• Assist with assembly, painting, and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow safety procedures.
• Support Paint Shop and Machine Shop activities to keep projects moving.
